It’s late winter and the verdant world is already exploding! Lush green grass and mosses are becoming abundant in so many places, including at Quail Hollow Ranch in Felton. 

We are blessed here in Santa Cruz to have this mild and pleasant time to be out in Nature, so I’m super excited to be holding a half-day outdoor retreat on Saturday, February 26 on this picturesque land from 1:30-5:30 pm.

This spacious and heart-opening afternoon, inspired by Joanna Macy’s Work That Reconnects, will provide the opportunity to sink in deeply with 

✨delicious solo and partnered sensory awakening activities

✨enlivening breath meditations

✨expressive *Body Tales*® inspired movement (witness and be witnessed)

✨embodied writing and/or drawing…

all woven together with the theme of Gratitude.

One of the many things I love about Quail Hollow is its variety of landscape, from an open meadow to secluded areas… including a magical oak grove for us to gather ourselves unto ourselves… for immersing ourselves in Nature, connecting deeply with the landscape, connecting with each other and with our own inner landscape.
