YOGA, MUSIC, NATURE: OM Rising is a sweet, sacred and fun gathering of community good vibes with wonderful music and classes! OM Rising takes place in the magical Nature setting known as Camp Navarro in Mendocino! It happens August 16-19 and includes loads of top-notch yoga classes (indoor and out in nature), many awesome musicians performing, deejayed ecstatic dances, and also some wonderful workshops… like the breathwork class I’m offering: Breathing into Wholeness is a powerful way to move energy and unravel stuck places. After some time to settle in with meditation and sharing, we’ll begin the profound practice of Clarity Breathwork, done lying on the back, breathing through an open mouth with gentle guidance and evocative music. This gentle, yet deep way of breathing into and embracing whatever wants to move through us, helps us to more easily unlock and release old, trapped energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions that keep us from our own sense of wholeness and fulfillment. Every breath we take is sacred…an opportunity to connect with our Oneness with All!
