Join us in this Clarity Breathwork Circle to experience the healing power of breath!

Clarity Breathwork facilitator and embodied movement coach, Devi Peri, will guide movement, meditation and a sharing circle to lead into the profound practice of Clarity Breathwork. This practice is done lying on your back, breathing in and out of the mouth.

Yoga mats, cushions and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you like. Remember to bring a water bottle and wear layers.

Note: The PCC ‘Studio’ is behind the main building. Please arrive between 3:15 – 3:25 so we can begin at 3:30 pm.
