Join us for our 1st Santa Cruz monthly Breathwork Circle. This is Clarity Breathwork, a sacred and transformative style of deep conscious breathing that has the power to heal our hearts, minds, and bodies. It can be a portal to feeling the Divine in everything. When we breathe fully and consciously we can more easily clear away old energies, patterns, conditioning, negative thoughts and emotions and open the doors for new life and greater consciousness. This inner change brings about shifts in our outer lives for the better. Come experience the transformative and healing power of breath.
Each 2-hour session will also include movement meditation and group sharing in addition to an hour of breathwork ( done lying down).
