As we end this year, and the light is slowly returning, what seeds are you planting now that you want to nurture and grow as you go through your daily life in 2024?

These questions will be the first topics of our inner explorations in the upcoming, online New Year 4-class series of Breathing into Wholeness.  We’ll meet on the Wednesdays of January 3, 17, 31, and February 7… from 7-8:45pm (PST)

Payment must be made by January 1 (up til midnight), with a sliding scale of $75-$135 for the series of 4 classes.

We will focus on entering 2024 with gratitude and a clear sense of what matters most at the deepest heart level…

and on the power of conscious intention, moment to moment, to help us live in alignment with these deepest aspirations.
