DESCRIPTION:Join us for our 1st Santa Cruz monthly Breathwork Circle. This is Clarity Breathwork\, a sacred and transformative style of deep conscious breathing that has the power to heal our hearts\, minds\, and bodies. It can be a portal to feeling the Divine in everything. When we breathe fully and consciously we can more easily clear away old energies\, patterns\, conditioning\, negative thoughts and emotions and open the doors for new life and greater consciousness. This inner change brings about shifts in our outer lives for the better. DESCRIPTION:Creature Contact featured as the Pre-Nexus Experience! \nNexus is a weekly community-led movement space at the 418 Project in Santa Cruz\, California\, that welcomes all dancers in their freedom of self-expression. Each week Nexus offers a pre-dance experience from 7:30-8:00.  On Sept. 10 I will be offering Creature Contact during this time. It will be a way to warm-up through mindful\, embodied movement that is focused on finding pleasure through our sensational bodies. \nNexus has a suggested donation of $12 – $15 which includes the Pre-Nexus Experience and the dance.
